Last updated 9 August 2026. These terms cover your use of the appixengine.com website. Client projects are governed by their own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

1. Agreement
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
2. What this site is
This website describes our services and past work. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. Pricing ranges shown on the services page are indicative starting points; a binding price only exists once it is set out in a signed proposal.
3. Intellectual property
The Appix Engine name, logo, page copy, layout and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content, or present it as your own, without written permission.
Client work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is published with their permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to send us malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or to submit someone else's personal data through the enquiry form without their knowledge.
5. Enquiries you send us
Information you submit through the enquiry form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential material before an NDA is in place — we are happy to sign one first, and will treat pre-NDA submissions as non-confidential.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and metrics quoted in case studies reflect results for those specific clients rather than a promise of similar outcomes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
7. Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Magura, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local law.
